Is your group or team stuck in inertia? Is imagination waning for the work? Are outcomes not materializing? Are there conflicts that lead to entrenchment? Are some of these concerns based on difference of values or context or social location? If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, something in the behavioral process is stuck. These workshops will examine what isn’t working, mobilize leaders, groups, and teams to think differently, and move through the barriers of traps and conflict, leading to a new imagination about how to accomplish the purpose you claim.
Session 1: Introduction to Mind Traps, Judge-sabotage, and Polarities (2 hours online or 3 hours in person)

Session 3: Diving Deep into Polarity Management (online 2 hours and in-person options 3 hours)
Session 4: Case Studies based on conflicts/using the tools (2.5 hours online) Prerequisites: workshop 1 and 2 OR 3.
Learning Objectives
Session 1
Recognize mind traps and inner judges that inhibit performance.
Begin shifting and expanding beyond limiting mindsets;
Enable breakthroughs when you and/or your group is stuck, divided, or polarized; and
Generate questions that get at the heart of what’s preventing forward motion and effective action.
Session 2
Work with Mind Traps and Inner Judges to further breakthroughs in yourself/in teams that are stuck;
Create alternatives to Mind Traps; and
Practice rewiring the brain to focus on the Inner Sage.
Session 3
Work polarities to find positives on both sides of an argument or choice;
Practice teaching groups/teams to work their own polarities; and
Find a “third way” forward when the polarity no longer is important.

Generate powerful questions that move self or team forward in productive ways; and
Engage in peer learning
